FULL DAY - SHARED TOUR - Located within the National Park Vicente Pérez Rosales the Osorno volcano puts hikers in a prime location to enjoy from above the lake region. The trek to the glacier starts one hour before sunrise to receive the first light of the day high in the mountain. A show of colours and clouds and Patagonian winds. The trek continues until 2000 meters to the feet of the glacier and when the conditions are fine it is possible to walk on it. Departure from Puerto Varas is at 5am or 9am on a vehicle to the 1100 meters, from there the climbing starts, the glacier is reached around 10:30/12:30.
