General Aspects

By way of this agreement – which is supplemental to the Vehicle Rental Agreement signed by the parties on this date (from now on “the Contract”) and understood to be incorporated herein including all its clauses for all legal purposes – Compañía de Leasing Tattersall S.A., hereby rents to the undersigned Renter - already identified in the contract – who accepts to rent for himself or herself the vehicle whose brand, model and other specifications were singled out in the contract. For all legal aspects, the documents that make up the rental agreement are: the Contract, the General Rental Agreement Conditions and Contract Terms for Motorized Vehicles and, the Vehicle Conditions Checklist.
